Running Studio Sessions

All Running Studio Sessions are available Monday to Friday 7am to 8:30pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.


Group Classes

New Group Classes starting October 2018!

Monday
4:30pm: DMS Junior Class (7-11yrs)
6:30pm: DMS Adult/Youth Progression Class

Thursday
4:30pm: DMS Youth Class (12-16yrs)
6:30pm: DMS Adult Beginner Class

Saturday
10am: Combo Class (core/mobility/stretch)
