Biomechanical Running Analysis

This includes both a Running Video Analysis along with a Functional Movement Analysis to assess your current running technique, movement issues and imbalances.
From your results on the day we will explain in detail what we see, what it means, and what we can do to help.
We will also advise and discuss the best options for you to take from there to achieve your goals.
We use exactly the same format for both adults and children in the running section of this Analysis, but use a different age specific DMS Movement Analysis.
From here go on to start your Running Technique Package.

Functional Movement Analysis

In this we use the same DMS Movement Analysis as in the Running Analysis, just without the running.
We have the option to include a Walking Video Analysis if needed instead.
You may not want to run, but you may still want to improve your overall quality of movement for many other reasons.
This Analysis is the right choice for anyone that plays a non-running Sport, wants to move or walk better in everyday life, or for Seniors that want to improve their overall balance and stability.
The Children’s DMS Movement Analysis looks at a child’s coordination, motor skills and body control and is a fantastic benchmark to work from to improve all movement issues and conditions such as Dyspraxia.
From here go on to start one of our Movement Packages.

Rehabilitation Analysis

If you are injured or recovering from injury or surgery, we use the DMS Rehabilitation Analysis to asses your current movement issues, activation issues and weaknesses.
This will also include a Walking Video Analysis if able, to identify any compensatory movement patterns that may have occurred as a result of your injury.
Again we will explain in detail exactly what we see, plus how we will design a tailored Rehabilitation Programme personally for you.
From here go on to start your Rehabilitation Package and your first steps to full recovery.
